So, four days in now and happy to report that being in the mindset of "what can I gift today, just because" is sooo nice.
The various gifts have ranged from flowers picked for a teacher, rides to and from a yoga retreat, a compliment, cooking dinner for my sister ... some compassion and forgiveness in an upset, some much needed tenderness to the self. And many more ideas are flooding in.
