Feeling Good!
My cold seems to be going away.....Yiiippppeeeee!!! Today was a good day for giving! My brother told me his car isn't working and he doesn't have the money to fix it. I would have gave it to him, but I don't have it at the time either. So I offered him our other car instead....until he saves the money to get his fixed. My husband is a recruiter and drives a government vehicle so he can use that for the time being.
Also, I have been wanting to give something back to the Ronald Mcdonald house for a long time now. We stayed there a few times when my kids were in the NICU. I asked my husband if we could organize a toy drive for the holidays through his Air Force Squadron and donate all the toys to the Ronald Mcdonald House. He thought it was a great idea, and he's going to send an e-mail out to the squadron on Monday!! I am soooooo excited about this give, because that house is really close to my heart. They helped us out when we really needed it most.
Also my thoughts and prayers are with all of the people whose lives have been effected by 9-11....And to the many brave men and women who continue to fight for this country........They are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Great blog..........glad you're feeling better.......think I'm getting a cold.........my poor daughter missed an entire week of school....cold turned to sore throat, earache, cough and asthma...!!..........Neat that you're planning the toy drive and nice wishes for those affected by 9-11...........saw a gut-wrenching special on the day last nite !!........

I am glad that you are getting better, colds are miserable. Giving the use of your car is a huge give. I wish you luck on the toy drive, let us know if he gets the permission to go ahead. I add my thoughts and prayers to yours for all that were affected by 9/11
