29-Day Giving Challenge

Hello everyone, I have just completed my 1st round of 29-day gift giving, May 29th. I have been blessed 2-fold since I began this journey. since I do not currently own a vehicle, I have had to come up with ways to do much of my gift giving from home. You would be amazed at how many opportunitys actually came to my door, or, simply putting myself out there to greet my neibors whom i have lived next to for three years and am just starting to get to know now. My mail man waves and calls me by my first name, loves to stop and talk every chance we get. Our sanitation pick-up driver always looks forward to this route when we can greet each other once a week, and hope each other has indeed had a wonderful week. I share my roses, my peonies by cutting them and giving them to the females of my neighbors. I say many prayers for family, friends and neighbors as we are all in healing stages of one-kind or another. This all and much more became possible just by saying thank you for your services. Thank you for being you. Thank you for seeing a need in me and fulfiiling that need with your kindness. Thank you for inviting me into your home even though you don't know me very well. I thank you for putting down your guard, so allthis is possible. God Bless All Of You On Your Journey Too! LOVE Susan

for me, the first 29 days went really fast. i began seeing giving possibilities everywhere...i guess because i was paying more attention and also my fellow Gifters' blogs taught me a lot. congratulations on completing Round 1. i hope you plan to continue this journey with us, the blessings just keep multiplying. Hugs, Dawn

Congratulations, Susan! Isn't it amazing that the smallest of gestures or briefest of words can brighten a person's day?

I'm so glad you enjoyed the experience.
