First two days
The first day I started with my parents. I regularly need to work long hours and they are there to babysit my daughter whenever I need them to. Yesterday was one of those day's - so when I collected her from them I gave them a little thank you gift. I think that it took them by surprise :)
The second day (today) I took my husband shopping for new clothes. He has been desperately needing to replace a few worn out items but he hasn't wanted to. But today he was agreeable to the idea and luckily we found things that he liked.
