29-Day Giving Challenge

Today I received a bunch of goodbye messages from my friends at iPeace, a social site for people who love and actively work for peace in the world. As we know, it is very expensive to maintain nings, so sadly its "Goodbye iPeace." Many people will stay in touch, some never did anyway, and some already left and stay in touch better than before. I feel sad that the groups within iPeace may be gone forever.

I just hope that the members will continue to work for peace and never let divisions or hatred get in the way of their sense of right and wrong and their love of peace and social justice. We did some good work there, enlightening people about conditions in the world, helping people get past their own prejudices and making people realize that peace has to come from within and spread outward.

One of the biggest challenges was to monitor posts and videos for signs of hate-mongering in the name of peace- like, if it wasn't for those filthy ____________, we'd have peace in _______________. These were always deleted. If they hadn't been, I would not have remained a member.

If you were also a member of iPeace, please send me a quick comment.
