29-Day Giving Challenge

Oh dear. I've let a lot of time go by... My last post was the 9th - a whole week ago. Is it at all possible to remember what I did all week? I don't think I was giving consciously. Monday, after work, I went to visit my boyfriend and my mom took the kids swimming. My mom was the one who gave a gift there! I do not really remember doing anything new, either. Tuesday, Sherri and I went to see The King's Speech - I bought the popcorn and sodas! Wednesday, we were all home in the snowstorm. Ummmm... I shoveled my driveway. Not really something new... Thursday, the kids had school, but I didn't! I went and got my hair dyed pink. That was definitely something new!  Oh and I took the kids sledding for hours even though I was freezing. That was definitely a gift. I took Beckett sledding on Friday, too, but none of his buddies were around. So, he didn't want to do it for too long! (Thank goodness!) Everyone at work made fun of my hair... Saturday, we took the kids to New York... My son has never been, so that was something new. I had never been to the M&M Store, and we went to a place called Ellen's Stardust Diner where the waiters and waitresses sing. It was really cool. That was definitely something new.  Today, I taught Sunday school, but I'm going out this afternoon. Maybe I'll make something nice for my boyfriend. He drove to NY yesterday and paid for everything. He could handle this 29 Gifts thing without even thinking about it. He's so thoughtful. Yesterday was totally his idea for my son's birthday. What a guy!
