The paradigm shift has begun… sometimes it is can be okay to not have a plan
Woke up on day 5 with no plan for giving and stumbled into an opportunity to do a menial task for someone who usually gets stuck with the annoying stuff at the office. Later, I noticed opportunity to e-mail thank you note to troops on the 29Gifts website. Both gifts were very simple, took little time, but truly from the heart.
Day 6 and I’m working from home. I will likely have no human contact and become unsure about giving opportunity once I return from gym. I force myself to let the issue go and focus on the work pending for the day. Then at 5:30 pm, I log on to the 29Gifts website for inspiration. Again, I just stumble on an opportunity. This time it is an opportunity to donate one of my photographs for a raffle. I know just the one, it is a favorite and I will have a gallery print made and add a nice mat. Since the photograph won a competition this year, I feel confident that is donation worthy. I’m just beginning to share my “art” with others so it is a big step for me to offer this gift.
