okay, I'll admit it...
It seems my posting here is quite random to say the least. Pretty much in line with my personality... I really have committed to this challenge, just have a random way of documenting them. So today my committment continues with the conscious knowledge that my posting is not perfect. So I'm off to teach a Zumba class this morning.

That is one of the gifts of the Challenge, no one is looking for anyone to be perfect! In fact in a lot of ways it encouages us not to try for perfection or expect perfection from others, just to go with the flow.
