I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas or Merry whatever you may be celebrating - I don't discriminate! :-)
The last month has been insanely busy for me - moreso than usual, if you can believe it. Wicked New England got off to a great start and is somewhat self-sustaining, but there is still a lot to do, in addition to my usual job, which keeps me busy 40+ hours a week. Then there's the housework, pet care, finding time to hang out with Bill, run errands, etc. Oh yeah, and there's always sleeping. (Which is going pretty well!)
Due to being horribly broke (from taxes being due this month, and having to buy kerosene and also the myriad of little expenses WNE has wracked up over the last few months - but which I know without a doubt will be totally worth it!), I let myself off the frantic gift-buying hook this year. Well, that is except for Chandler (Bill's son) and a few little things for immediate family members (and we're talking socks and Chapstick!) I didn't even get my Christmas cards out, but I didn't want you to think that meant I didn't care. This month has just been wicked busy, as I said. I think I will do my annual Generic Times newsletter, but it will probably be after the first of the year, when everyone is sadly putting away decorations, thinking the fun is over. And it will probably be an emailed PDF file! As much as I love the fun of addressing and mailing paper cards, I just can't rationalize the expense this year. (Below is the head I made years ago for the newsletter. I just change the date year to year. I'll post it here when it's done. Aren't you excited!? :-P)

Anyway, I am babbling.
I have a ton of stuff to do, then have an appt., then over to Bill's for Christmas eve. I hope everyone is well. Thank you for those of you who have been in touch - I'm sorry I haven't been. I am thinking of you, believe me!!
XOXO

P.S. This is from last year, but still a funny pic. I call it "Naughty and Nice." I'll leave that one open to interpretation! :-P
