I'm on Day 1 of my second 29 Day Cycle. Feeling a little drained following some news from the past, which is just a another thread of loss I have to be willing to let go. Do you think it is fair enough that my gift today can be to myself? I'm thinking a few minutes of solitude or maybe meditation in the park.
