29-Day Giving Challenge

Woo whoo, we live only about 20 miles away from the epicenter of the Northern California earthquake yesterday. It was quite a ride - a jolt and rolling and jolt and more rolling. All is well at our house - and we didn't break so much as a jelly glass. The kids were startled during, but were excited afterward. We didn't have electricity until the middle of the night sometime. We enjoyed our evening of flashlights and booklights. Thankfully we have a gas stove so were able to make a lovely fried noodle/curry/tofu dinner in the dark. We live in a low lying area and were thrilled there were no tsunami warnings!

Hope all is well with you and yours today.

I am so glad you faired so well during the earthquake!! Living in Illinois my whole life I have only felt one tremor last year. That was as close as I would want to be to the real thing!!
