29-Day Giving Challenge

OK, I was feeling down yesterday and thought I might do a self-care round starting today. However, I got up with the notion to share some gorgeous heirloom tomatoes from our CSA with a neighbor. I wrote a note and left them on her porch. They were thrilled and had them for dinner tonight. This afternoon I had a session of the leadership course I am taking and I grabbed some wonderful little chocolate bars to bring to everyone, without even consciously thinking about it.

So, it's round 2 and I am still happily and joyfully giving to others. I guess this is what will pick me up, which now that I think about it was Cami's whole point!

Oh, and I was so excited to see an article about 29gifts in the health section of the New York Times today!
