Today I learned eight new ways to help my chronically injured ankle and knee. Eight! And none of them are drugs!!
I am very grateful to the new pain management PT/PA who helped me. I'm so excited to learn these new treatments. I can't tell you what relief I felt when I learned that with work things should turn around for my pain and mobility.
Now all my worries about permanent loss of mobility are now gone. I'm continuing to put my nose to the grindstone to turn my situation around. And I've eight new ways to do it!!
I feel blessed by this help and encouragement for my efforts to stay well.
So the word for today is the celebration of how this PT/PA overcame her similar orthopedic condition -- and how it also got me to her office:
