Round 8 Day 14 More Good News

I've been on a roll when it comes to giving. What I love is the fact that I automatically look for things to like in people, even the people I did't like a whole lot. This is a huge change for me. When someone approaches me with what I formally called an attitude. I look for ways to reach out emotionally to the person. They look shock to receive this response.

I have received seven book review assignments in less than a month. My local library has set up a night with writers and has invited me to speak and read some of my work. I thought I might read the piece that is a finalist to be in Cami's book. I will tell how I came to write it.

I also found out that a new story has been accepted to a print mag. Also, one of my published short stories is being used as an example on how to write good fiction in a local college. All wonderful stuff, but most of all I'm thankful of this place I have found to be so peaceful, even in the worst of times.
