Saturday November 28 Day 16 Round 2 Reiki day

Had no plans for today's gift but around 10 a.m. a friend from a nearby town called and asked if I could do a Reiki session for her. A couple of months ago I had done a session when she was having digestion problems. Those issues were resolved. She had just had felt for a few days a cold or something was coming on. Did about an hour and a half session for her then we had tea and a slice of pumpkin pie. She is a yoga instructor, does workshops, writes a weekly column for the paper, does guest speaking at Unity churches and does so much for the community. I am always happy to be able to make her feel healthy and well. I have very interesting friends. Sometimes I wonder why they hang out with me!! LOL. I am steady and down to earth and most of them are go getters. I always say there are race horses and plow horses and I am a plow horse!! Just call me Old Dobbin!! They like my sense of humor so guess that is a gift too as I see humor in the most trying situations of the human condition.
