Showing Patience with people... That's my biggest down fall
Being a new teacher has its moments. I have a very difficult time having patience with people, especially after having explained the same thing 10 times. I find it fustrating when my students don't grasp the concepts. I do celebrate when they "get" what i've been teaching.
My give today, was making some phone calls and ensuring that someone's needs were being meet. I also took my landlady's dog for a walk ( but I think the give was actually for me).
