Something i have been doing for years and did a couple of times 2day is after a great customer service experience I give the service person a gift card worth $5 and thank them for their great service! we seem many times to complain about poor service, but forget to reward good or great service by telling their manager or filling out a comment form for them or really shock them with a gift card. i probably give out several hundred of these a year. hopefully when they encounter a customer having a bad day THEY will go the extra mile because of the good things customers do for them!
