She's home! My Stephanie is back home! It was exactly a year to the day. We went to Salt Lake City last weekend for her high school graduation. Hard to believe with all of the turmoil and heartache of the past 2 years, Stephanie graduated a semester early with a 3.5 GPA. She did struggle with the therapeutic part of the program right until the end, but she's made a lot of progress. Me and Andrew held up pretty well at the graduation until she and a friend sang a song from "Wicked." (For Good) We just lost it.
Anyway, the transition to having Stephanie back home is underway. I continue my Gives, including the difficult balance of giving Stephanie tight boundaries balanced with patience and love. And I must say I am so truly grateful for having this corner of the world in 29 gifts and the support and care of "you givers" to get me through this hell. I started my journey here 13 months ago. Today I offer each of you virtual hugs and blessings for all that you have given to me.
Cheers~
Susan
