I gave scented soaps to a friend who let me borrow her dolls again this year for Leslie's window display. Another merchant (whose window I decorated last year) let me borrow the same hats for the dolls this year. Leslie was pleasantly surprised! She loved the old Flexible Flier sled I brought over to put the dolls on. I sold all my Christmas Fund Raiser tickets for German choir. Judy was so happy, she not only gave me more tickets, but she and some other German Choir club members bought quilt raffle tickets for the hospital fund raiser too! Susan called me back and told me we could borrow the their summer circus ticket booth for Santa Land's "Polar Express" train to the 'North Pole.' Susan suggested asking the local appliance store for big boxes to make the Santa's Village with, which I thought was a great idea! Leslie gave me money to bake German Christmas Cookies for her open house so I better get busy!
