Yoga/Pilates Class (Day 17 Round 5)
I go to a Yoga/Pilates class on my lunch hour- usually Monday, Wed, and Friday. It has helped me SO much physically, mentally, and spiritually! I love it! It is especially wonderful during the dark drab days of winter : )
The woman who is the instructor has her own business but not her own facility. Right now we are meeting in a church, but the church now needs the space. So, I am making contacts for her to find a new meeting space. It always helps to know the right person to talk to. I have contacted 5 people and 3 so far have consented for her to call them and explain what she needs. I am thrilled to be able to help her as she has helped me!
