29-Day Giving Challenge

This came from my Daily Om...and it describes how I feel today...I hope you enjoy it.

You may feel particularly loving and affectionate today. As a result,
you may keep your eyes open for opportunities to spend time with the
people you care about so that you can bond more intimately with them.
Your caring mood can quickly transform, however, into one of anxious
trepidation if you are afraid that expressing your feelings will make
you appear weak or vulnerable. The simplest way of easing your worries
may be to forge ahead with your plans and to articulate what you’re
feeling freely and openly. You may discover that your loved ones are
eager to share their feelings with you and will respond to your
overtures with loving words and gestures of their own. If you get
tongue-tied today, consider putting your loving sentiments onto paper
and mailing letters of affection to the people you love.

Being liberal with your affections to those you love can ensure that the individuals who are important to you understand the depth of
your feelings for them. Frequently, we are hesitant to tell or show
others how we feel because we are afraid to display our vulnerability.
The affection you give, however, is a gift meant to warm the hearts of
your loved ones and thus is something that should be given freely. Your
loved ones will appreciate the sentiment behind your kind words and
gestures without questioning your emotional strength or your spiritual
capability. Since affection inspires intimacy, your relationships will
grow stronger with each caress and each declaration of love. When you
express your affection for others openly today, your relationships will
thrive.
