Thanks for you sweet comments. You know, you're so right, being in charge of my health is a gift. I'd never looked at it that way, I'd always seen it as a coping mechanism. I have gotten better results by being informed, reading my own reports, asking questions, and seeking answers rather than just following doctors orders. Thank you for shifting my perspective on that. Sounds like you are a dog person too. I have a fantastic dog who I rescued from the dog pound. Every day I wake up and she is smiling and bounding all over the place for her early morning walk. Its one of my greatest joys walking in the woods with her. Its enough to remind yourself that there is a lot of free joys in this world. Thanks for your comment it cheered me up.
